Admissions

Applying to the Academy

As part of its commitment to high standards and inclusivity, The Grosse Pointe Academy’s admissions procedure is structured to learn about your child’s strengths, wants, and needs as they enter school.

Admissions procedure for Early School applicants:

  1. Inquire: Fill out our admission inquiry form to begin the application process.
  2. Campus Visit: Take a tour of campus to view classes in session. This visit allows you and your child to get a sense of the school community and daily life of our students.  An informal readiness test will be administered to all students entering the five year-old/kindergarten program. Please set up an appointment with our Assistant Head of School for Enrollment & Marketing.
  3. Application and fee: Complete the application and submit the nonrefundable application fee.
