Tour The Grosse Pointe Academy
We encourage all prospective parents and students to visit our beautiful campus. Nestled beside Lake St. Clair, The Grosse Pointe Academy still sits at its original 1885 location upon what was once a Colonial-era ribbon farm. The Academy’s distinctive French chapel was constructed in 1889 and connects to the Tudor-Gothic main building.
The Academy grounds now boast athletic fields, gardens and outdoor classrooms, and a playground, all perched beside the beautiful lake. Our campus is our home, the center of our community, and the perfect setting for our students to explore their place in the world.
